The principal of PTG, Stuart Mitchell, has been most recently engaged in the Forex industry as a manager, analyst, educator, broker and recently engineered a global OTC desk operation. The architecture leveraged his proprietary toolsets, knowledge of risk management, and contemporary GARCH portfolio structure to aid the desk to operate more efficiently for its clients.

His total experience spans three decades in the domestic and international financial markets. This cumulative experience has led to the development and incarnation of the current Global Arbitrage-Spread program.
